Isles are very cramped and the whole store smells like vomit both times I have been in. But I did buy some cute comfy shoes and returns were easy.

Steve when out of his way to help me find size 12. He even called another store to have it shipped my home. Outstanding customer service!

My wife said I was over reacting a little. I love Clarks shoes and socks. This day was socks. Bought like a dozen. Having the manager lady looking over my shoulder I guess is part of her job. Little creepy in my book though.

I came here on Memorial weekend and they got great deals. Nice and comfy shoes.

The staff is awesome! I have some tracking questions regarding an order I placed two weeks ago, to which I lost the original receipt. With the limited information I was able to provide to the staff, she managed to locate my order. I am sure she had to go though tons of transactions. Really appreciate her spirit of digging-to-the-bottom!
